Anderson has represented clients in the Supreme Court of New South Wales for residential property and contractual issues related to the notable Opal Tower in Sydney.

Anderson possesses extensive expertise in real estate acquisitions and the commercial and corporate sectors, having played key roles in numerous significant transactions and legal matters, including:

  • Acted for Nice Future International Investment in the acquisition of a fully leased commercial building in Southbank, Melbourne, valued at over $150 million.

  • Acted for Exchange Centre in the acquisition of the ASX building at 20 Bridge Street, Sydney NSW, valued at over $300 million.

  • Acted for FCCM Castlereagh Holdings in the acquisition of an entire trust entity that held the fully leased commercial building at 1 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW.

  • Advised and conducted legal due diligence for purchasers in their proposed acquisitions of fully leased commercial buildings located in Pacific Highway, North Sydney NSW; Hunter Street, Sydney NSW; and Flinders Lane, Melbourne VIC.

  • Advised on various building and construction contracts between private corporate entities and government authorities for major infrastructure projects in Australia.

  • Represented and provided annual corporate advisory consultancy services to the Australian subsidiaries of multinational corporations.

  • Acted for high-profile Chinese corporations to conduct due diligence investigations on their Australian subsidiaries and/or related corporations, issuing professional legal due diligence reports submitted to the China Securities Regulatory Commission in support of the corporations' Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) in China.
